Polyurethane elastomers

High abrasion resistance, tensile strength and elongation at break characterize polyurethane casting elastomers. Properties can be changed according to customer’s requirements: for example hardness can be changed from 25 to 98 ShA and in some cases to 80 ShD. Casting technology is very variable and doesn’t need expensive moulds. That is why it is economically acceptable to produce even very small series or prototypes. We can pour polyurethane on metal or plastic surfaces too. Excelent propertis become evident mainly at dynamic strain.

Application

Various wheels, printing rollers, pressure and serving rollers, rollers for cutting, wiping ribbons machines, edges, elastic springs, rings, various semi-finished products (plates, sheets, rods atc).
